Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment (HHD) Mission

Headquarters and Headerquarters (HHD) provides training, administration, and logistics support to ensure readiness of multifunctional teams deploying worldwide in support of 1st Information Operations Command's missions. HHD manages unit-level supply maintenance and facilities Family Readiness Group (SFRG) functions.

HHD BDE Functions

  • Facilitate the Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) and establish a network of information and mutual support
  • Provide personnel support through administrative actions
  • Create and build a team through unit activities to include, but not limited to, Physical Readiness Training, Pay Day Activities, Hail and Farewells, Leader's Professional Development, and SFRG Events

HHD BDE Commander: CPT Kayleigh S. Stallings

Commander Bakke Captain Kayleigh S Stallings commissioned in 2019 as a Second Lieutenant in the Cyber Branch. She attended and completed the Cyber Basic Officer Leaders Course (BOLC) at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Upon graduation, CPT Stallings reported to 1st Information Operations (IO) Command, 1st Battalion.

CPT Stallings joined the Mission Support Detachment (MSD) as a cyber planner for the Digital Solutions Cell (DSC) before transitioning to the DSC team lead a year later. Following completing her team lead responsibilities, she served as the cyber planner for a Field Support Team providing support to Joint Forces Headquarters Cyber Army. After her return, CPT Stallings assumed the role of Deputy Team Lead for the Effects Cell within MSD.

CPT Stallings earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy, graduating with honors in 2019. While in college, she played for the Army Women's Soccer Team and received recognition from the NCAA as a distinguished student-athlete all four years. Additionally, she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her military awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal (2 OLC), National Defense Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and Gold German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge.

CPT Stallings is a native of Fairfax, Virginia.  

HHD BDE Detachment Sergeant: SFC Ryan D. Cramer

1st BN Command  Sergeant Major Sergeant First Class Ryan Cramer was born and raised outside of Cincinnati, OH. He enlisted in the Army in 2005 as a 98C Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst. He attended basic training at Fort Leonardwood, MO and Advanced Individual Training at Goodfellow Air Force Base, TX.

His previous assignments include: 224th MI BN (AE), HAAF, GA, 21st CAV BDE, Fort Hood, TX; TF ODIN-A, Afghanistan; JAR, J2, USCENTCOM, MacDill AFB, FL; NSA/CSS-Georgia, Fort Gordon, GA; A Co, 707th MI BN, Fort Gordon, GA; 1st BN, 310th IN Regt & 3rd BN, 340th BEB, Fort McCoy, WI; Red Team, 2nd BN, 1st IO Command (Land), Fort Belvoir, VA.

His military education courses includes Senior Leader Course (SLC), Equal Opportunity Leaders Course (EOL), SHARP Foundations Course, Master Resiliency Trainer (MRT) course Level I, MRT-Facilitator’s course Level II, Army Basic Instructors Course (ABIC), Advanced Leader Course, and Basic Leader Course. SFC Cramer holds an Associates in Intelligence Studies from Cochise College and is pursuing Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from University of Maryland Global Campus

His awards include the Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal (1 OLC), Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal (4 OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (5th Award), National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal (2 CS), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, NCO Professional Development (Numeral 3), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, NATO International Security Force (ISAF) Medal, and the Army Aviation Aircraft Crewman Badge.

Sergeant First Class Cramer has two children, Alexa and Ander.
